Great Outdoor, Coaster-Riding, Festival Fun Year Ahead

With adventure-loving travelers seeking great outdoor activities, Silver Dollar City kicks off the 2021 season revving up 40 themed rides and attractions and tuning up live entertainment on stages throughout The City. Silver Dollar City opens for Spring Ride Days March 17 through April 11.

Notable rides include the towering Time Traveler roller coaster that vaults guests over a 10-story, 90-degree drop and claims “The Fastest, Steepest & Tallest Spinning Coaster in the World.” Outlaw Run, a record-breaking wood roller coaster that is the Guinness World Record-holder for “Steepest Drop on a Wooden Coaster.” And, the newest adventure, Mystic River Falls features a 4.5-story drop, earning it the title “Tallest Drop on a Raft Ride in the Western Hemisphere.”

Following Spring Ride Days is a new event, Street Fest running April 17-May 2. This eclectic festival features street performers, music, comedy, teeterboard experts, steel drums, trick roller-skating and an array of unique foods with a new “Tasting Passport” for culinary grazing.

Then, May 14 – 31, bluegrass music fills the park with rising stars and bluegrass legends in concert such as Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper, The Grascals and many more, alongside mouthwatering BBQ flavors found in restaurants and eateries during the famed Bluegrass & BBQ Festival! The internationally-awarded 1880s theme park near Branson, Missouri, hosts world-class festivals and events Spring through Christmas! Known as a showcase of the spirit of adventure, Silver Dollar City steps back in time to 1880s America with more than 40 rides and attractions, award-winning home-style food offerings, shows on stages throughout the park, 60 unique shops, plus a demonstrating crafts colony 100 strong.
